Does CallCheckPro support inbound and outbound?
Yes. Outbound with progressive dialing, campaign management and lead assignment. Inbound with queues, routing strategies (longest-idle, round-robin, skills-based), IVR menus and voicemail. You can set up hybrid workspaces that combine both.
How does the AI quality & compliance monitoring work?
Every call is automatically recorded in stereo (agent and customer on separate channels), locally transcribed and analyzed by AI against your configured checkpoints. You receive a report per call with scores, citations as evidence and red flags. Everything runs on dedicated servers — no calls sent to external cloud services.

What changes on July 1, 2026?
From July 1, 2026, the existing customer relationship exception for individuals and sole proprietors expires in the Netherlands. Calling without explicit opt-in becomes prohibited. Only B2B (BV/NV) remains exempt. CallCheckPro validates metadata and monitors compliance so you are prepared.
What does CallCheckPro cost?
Starter from €49 per agent per month (calling platform with basic monitoring), Professional from €89 per agent per month (full AI monitoring, reporting and multi-tenant), Enterprise custom pricing for large volumes with SLA and dedicated support. VoIP rates: Netherlands landline 1.9 ct/min, mobile 6.0 ct/min (excl. VAT). Billed per second, no connection fee.
